By creating an account, you consent to receiving authentication messages, service notifications, payment confirmations, IPO alerts, and promotional or marketing messages related to your account and the service (such as recharge reminders and offers).
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with third-party service providers only as needed to operate the service.
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
When you delete your account, we process your deletion request and remove your data from active use. We may retain limited information where necessary to prevent misuse of the service, enforce our terms, or meet legal requirements relating to prior transactions.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape data from, or misuse the service for any unlawful activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms. Unused balance will be forfeited upon termination for breach.

Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play's refund policies. Other purchases are non-refundable once alerts are added to your account, except where required by applicable law.
Failed Transactions: If a payment attempt fails or times out but funds are deducted from your account, the payment gateway will automatically initiate a refund. The deducted amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
You may delete your account in the IPO Ping app or by emailing support@ipo-ping.com. Unused alerts are forfeited upon deletion and are not redeemable for cash.
IPO Ping provides digital services. Upon successful payment, alerts are credited to your account within 24 hours. Delivery is completed digitally, and no physical goods are shipped.
